Enthusiasm, strategy and long-term thinking are the strengths with which Sophie makes the difference within Fastlane FBA. Sophie makes sure we celebrate all successes, big or small.

With his eye for detail and urge for structure, Ralph makes sure that everything is right and that everything runs according to fixed patterns.
